The Dronebots were designed to assist and protect Simeon the Alien archaeologist on his quests to various planets and are equipped to cope with all situations.

They were infected with the film that Simeon uploaded to them, which turned out to be a copy of ‘The Terminator,’ an old film about a killer robot.

This made them start to question everything and stop obeying him.
